By providing us with your phone number, express consent has been given to receive calls or text messages from us in response to your inquiry or reservation with Pisgah Forest RV Park & Campground (and/or Pisgah Forest RV Boat & Storage). Contact information provided during inquiry or the reservation process is not sold or distributed to anyone or any business outside of Pisgah Forest RV Park & Campground. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies.  Message and data rates may apply. 

Information We Collect

As a part of the booking process, we will collect necessary information regarding your RV, such as the length, type and age, as well as your contact information such as name, email, cell number, billing address and credit card information for payment.  SMS texting is used with our guests to provide arrival details, property information such as codes and wifi passwords, and to communicate on-site events during your stay.  To opt out of receiving SMS messages, simply reply “STOP”.  We are mindful and respectful when using SMS messaging and will not send messages after normal business hours nor will we send excessive messages. Messages initiated by guests or potential guests will be responded to in a timely manner. 

Reviews

We sincerely appreciate reviewed posted to our Google page and other partners such as RV Life and Campendium. By posting a review on one of these public sites, express consent is given for us to use and/or feature your words and/or photos within our social media accounts.

Who we share your data with

We do not share ANY data with anyone, it is strictly used by Pisgah Forest RV Park & Campground staff as a part of our business operations.
